Big Daddy’s World Famous Chicken & Dumplings
4 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
4 cans Chicken Broth
2 cans Water
3 cans Biscuits
4 Chicken Breasts
Combine cream of chicken, cream of celery, chicken broth and water. Stirring frequently, bring this combination to a boil. Turn heat down just a little. Open your first can of biscuits and pinch off pieces about the size of your thumbnail. Throw these into the boiling mixture. Be sure to use all three cans as these will cook down. It will look like too much, but, trust me, it’s not. Turn the heat to low. Before you begin, take the 4 chicken breasts and put on a plate. Cover the bottom of the plate with water and then cover the chicken breasts with a paper towel. Put these in the microwave for 10 minutes. If they’re not completely done in 10 minutes, put them back in for 1 minute at a time. They should be completely cooked though. When the chicken has had time to cool, shred it with your fingers or cube it with a sharp knife. Throw the shredded or cubed chicken into your soup and biscuit mixture. Voila! You have Big Daddy’s World Famous Chicken & Dumplings.
